We had the opportunity to work with John when buying our first house recently and we couldn't be happier! This is our first time going through the home buying process and we were frustrated while looking for a good lender.

A family member of ours who works in the business found John and recommended him to us after learning about how he conducts business and phone interviewing him. We were moving from out of state and John was there with us every step of the way to answer questions, guide us through the paperwork, and even to let me use his office to print and sign documents after I got into town and my computer broke on me. I know our process was more time consuming and labor intensive than most and John always got back to me same day to answer questions without fail.
